Juniors

Welcome to the Junior golf section of the New Golf Club.

The Junior section of the Club has many excellent golfers as current and past members who have brought credit to the club and have won a multitude of prestigious competitions. In addition to encouraging the playing of golf and improvement in the standard of play and handicaps the Club aims to promote friendship, collegiality and the development of sound character which will be of value to junior members throughout life.

There is ample opportunity for golf with monthly medal competitions and mini medal competitions for those starting off in the game. There are also opportunities to play matches and to be supported in competing in regional and national competitions. New Golf Club team clothing is provided for team members and coaching is available in conjunction with St Andrews Links Junior Golf Association with which the club has close ties. The fixture list and details of entry and scoring for competitions is given below.
